Context

A Fortune 500 multinational corporation was experiencing rising cloud-related operating costs across its global business. Although the client had mature FinOps capabilities in place and activities underway to improve their cloud costs, they believed that there could be additional ideas to consider. 

As a result, they sought external advice on cost optimisation strategies, how their cloud costs compare relative to peers, and how they should manage their costs. Amerinda Advisory and VersityLink were chosen for their industry expertise and their ability to provide leading-edge insights. 

ACTION
