Transformation Program Target Operating Model & Roadmap for a Large Non-Bank Lender 

CONTEXT

A large Australian non-bank lender is undergoing a significant transformation program to rationalise their legacy platforms to simplify their operations and unlock the potential to significantly grow their customer base. After a large multi-national consulting company failed to deliver a credible target operating model and roadmap to the board, the client asked Amerinda Advisory to assist them. 

ACTION

Working with the CIO and Program Director, Amerinda leveraged its strategy, architecture, and functional knowledge to guide a team of  business and technology architects to recommend a desirable and viable way forward. A target operating model (TOM) was devised to ground the program’s end-state and serve as a basis for more accurate estimates. A program roadmap was developed to provide a clear view of business strategy-aligned outcomes. 

RESULT

The client was able to ascertain a comprehensive cost profile of the program and develop a strong business case for board approval. The quality of the advice was recognised as a key contributor to defining the outcomes to triple the customer base over the next 4 years.
