Fuelled by the capabilities of Generative AI (GenAI), AI adoption has surged over the past year. 92% of organisations plan to increase their GenAI spend over the next 18-36 months, with 55% of organisations planning to increase their spend 10% or more. Many C-suite leaders are banking on GenAI-enabled revenue uplifts of 10% or more over this span. Many organisations have also cited delays in realising their GenAI-related ambitions, due to their inability to mitigate security, privacy, and IP-related risks expeditiously.
