Announcing the amerinda AI ACCELERATOR
18 june 2025 Written BY ERIC BRUZEK
Organisations realise the strategic importance artificial intelligence (AI) has on their top-line growth and cost efficiency. They also realise that they simultaneously must protect their trade secrets, customer trust, and reputations. The AI Accelerator enables organisations to select impactful use cases whilst building the capabilities and practices to profitably and safely deliver them.
Fuelled by the capabilities of Generative AI (GenAI), AI adoption has surged over the past year. 92% of organisations plan to increase their GenAI spend over the next 18-36 months, with 55% of organisations planning to increase their spend 10% or more. Many C-suite leaders are banking on GenAI-enabled revenue uplifts of 10% or more over this span. To achieve this, they are beginning to take action now, citing first-mover advantage as strategically vital.
This being said, only 11% of organisations are using GenAI at-scale and only 3% have scaled a GenAI use case within operations. Furthermore, GenAI use cases have been overwhelmingly aligned to productivity and customer experience objectives, not tangibly impacting revenue or operating income. Many organisations have also cited delays in realising their GenAI-related ambitions, due to their inability to mitigate security, privacy, and IP-related risks expeditiously.
The AI Accelerator helps organizations step forward with impactful, profitable, and safe AI implementations in the timeframes required to make a difference. It helps organisations ensure their AI implementations are Essential, Capable, and Trustworthy.
Essential
Why should we do it?
What impact would the AI use cases deliver which makes them essential to achieving our organisation’s strategic priorities?
Capable
Can we do it?
Do we currently possess the level of capability that is required to deliver upon the desired impact?
Trustworthy
How do we do it safely?
Do we have the standards and practices in place to mitigate business, reputational, and regulatory risk?
